Call for Research Proposals 2023 for developing countries

Program details

IERI has supported many international research activities since 2004. We continuously contribute to solving the global challenges caused by climate change in developing countries. IERI was nominated as an observer organization under UNFCCC at COP 26 in 2021 to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris agreement and ambitious 2030 emission reduction targets. From 2022 onwards, we are going to more focus on climate mitigation technology approaches, especially on 1) carbon reduction and renewable energy; 2) climate change and sustainability; and 3) implementation of water treatment technology in field. The proposal will be evaluated by the feasibility of climate mitigation and its contribution to human beings in order to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by the middle of the century.
